Senior Business Development Manager
Imaginet is an application consulting and development organization servicing customers worldwide. Founded in the spirit of innovation and leadership, we are committed to helping organizations deliver outstanding business value through the use of technology, since 1997.
Position Scope:
Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Business Development, the Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for sales and marketing activities primarily in Western Canada. He or she will use their proven sales and technical expertise to develop strong relationships with our key clients and come up with solutions that will solve customer's problems and provide them with the best return on investment.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the company's products and technology solutions
- Maximize sales and profitability by promoting the product lines, capitalizing on opportunities, and continuously supporting the sales process.
- Preparation of forecasts and sales plans.
- Identify and qualify key prospect accounts for sales opportunities. Develop a good understanding of the customer's business model, process and application requirements to determine the best solution.
- Within each key account or project, identify all key decision makers and understand the full purchasing process.
- May require some preparation and delivery of sales applications, proposals, on site technical review and presentations to key customers.
- Develop comprehensive understanding of company solutions, products, features/benefits, functionality, pricing strategy, and competitive advantages and weaknesses.
- Develop ability to negotiate with customers to achieve a good balance between products and services offered, profitability, and competitive market offering.
- Maintain a high level of motivation and commitment to working with the sales and marketing team.
- Work closely with Management and Engineering to help identify the needs of the customers and markets with respect to new products, sales tools, and required services.
Skills & Experience:
- 8-10 years experience with technology related sales (preference given to individuals with SharePoint and .Net experience)
- Proven track record in selling to the enterprise and corporate head offices
- Excellent sales and presentation skills or demonstrable sales aptitude.
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Ability to travel within North America occasionally

SharePoint Analyst/Developer
Technical Skills:
- Ability to understand, gather and document Business Requirement relating to information collaboration.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture and product capabilities
and integration points to the Microsoft Unified Communication platform. - Knowledge of industry best practices for applying SharePoint-based solutions
to business problems. - Good understanding of ASP.NET and Microsoft development tools & techniques.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communicator – written and oral.
- Ability to achieve consensus among varied stakeholder interests.
- Effective problem solver.
- Able to apply sound judgment where it comes to customizing SharePoint appropriately.
Project Manager
Technical Skills:
- Ability to manage a project from inception to completion.
- Knowledge of PMBOK concepts.
- Working knowledge of Agile Software Development methods and able to manage self-directed teams.
- Proven experience in scheduling, budgeting and controlling projects from small to medium-sized.
Soft Skills:
- Superior communicator – written and oral.

Senior Integration Consultants

Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer (CCEE)
Technical Skills:
- Core understanding of all infrastructure requirement in order to support any Citrix based solution (PS, Xen, NetScaler, WANScaler).
- Core understanding of Microsoft infrastructure based products.
- Experience utilizing application streaming preferred.
- CCEA or CCEE Certification.
- Understanding of common SBC deployment and administrative issues.
- 5 years experience.
